At Southwest High School, meeting our student’s unique schedules and academic needs is our number one priority. We have great respect for students, who have a desire to enhance their education, create new opportunities and move forward with their plans and dreams.
As a General Use High School, Southwest serves a diverse range of learners. This includes students under 18 who remain enrolled in their traditional high school of record, students under 18 who are enrolled solely in Southwest, and adult learners pursuing their high school diploma or GED. This flexible structure allows Southwest to support both traditional and non-traditional students in achieving their educational goals through individualized instruction and scheduling options.
We have a multiple options in developing your personalized graduation plan to fit your busy schedule and unique situation. Our most successful option is a blended in-class and online opportunity allowing students flexibility to access in-class support and instruction with online classes using state of the art software. In addition, we have an onsite math tutor in our building who also will tutor via zoom meetings for those offsite. An individualized graduation plan, flexible schedule and as much support as needed is the key to the success of our students.
